- What counts as a request?
- One document sent for signature, however many people sign it. It counts when you send it, so drafts are free.
- What happens past the allowance?
- On Starter, sending pauses until the 1st. On a paid plan it never stops: each extra request is $0.30 on Pro, $0.25 on Business, and $0.15 on Enterprise, charged to your card early the next month on its own invoice. Under $0.50 rolls into the next month.
- How are ID checks billed?
- Business and Enterprise can ask a signer to verify a government ID and a live selfie before signing. Each signer who passes is $2; Enterprise includes 50 a month. A signer who does not pass costs you nothing.
- Do you have a nonprofit plan?
- Yes. Registered 501(c)(3) organizations get Pro free, and half off Business if they need more. Email us from your organization’s address to set it up. On the free Pro plan, sending pauses at the monthly allowance instead of billing overage.
- When does the allowance reset?
- On the 1st of every month. Unused requests do not roll over.
- Is it priced per user?
- No. One price covers the whole account, however many people on your team send from it.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time, from Manage billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to Starter. Your templates and your record of who signed what stay.
- Do you keep my signed documents?
- No. Every plan has zero retention: once everyone has signed, the signed PDF is emailed to all of them, and then we delete the document, the signatures, and any mapped data. We keep only the proof of who signed, when, and from where, plus a fingerprint, so any copy can be checked later on the Verify page.
